    Benoît ColasBenoît Colas was a former manager with The Boston Consulting Group in Paris, Munich and Chicago (9 years) before joining Carlyle in 1999 where he became Global Partner and Member of Carlyle Europe Investment Committee. He was notably in charge of covering Telecoms and Building Materials across Europe as well as French speaking countries (15 years). Benoît holds an MS from Ecole des Mines de Paris.

    Franck FalézanFranck Falézan was a former senior consultant with The Boston Consulting Group in Paris and London (3 years) before joining Carlyle in 1998 where he became Global Partner and Member of Carlyle Europe Investment Committee. He was notably in charge of covering Media, Healthcare and Packaging across Europe as well as French speaking countries (16 years). Franck holds an MS with concentration in Maths from Ecole Polytechnique and an MBA from Harvard Business School where he graduated with distinctions.

    Jean-Pierre MilletJean-Pierre Millet was a manager with the Boston Consulting Group in Paris and Milan (6 years) before becoming the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Artal Europe, a €700m revenue food group, which he built through 27 acquisitions in 12 different countries (10 years). He founded and led Carlyle Europe in 1997 and became Global Partner and a Member of the firm’s first Management Committee (16 years). Jean-Pierre holds a BA from ISG and an MBA from Kellogg Northwestern University where he graduated with distinctions.
  • Martin Donnelly

    Martin Donnelly is PrimeStone’s COO. He has spent his career up to this point working in investment banking in London and New York. Immediately prior to joining PrimeStone, he was the head of Hedge Fund Business Consulting within the Prime Brokerage team at BAML in London. Before that he was at Credit Suisse where he started his career working for the COO of the Equity business, before moving in to Prime Brokerage to eventually lead the start-up consulting efforts. Martin holds undergraduate degrees from University College Dublin and is a graduate of the Smurfit Graduate School of Business at UCD.
  • Benjamin Devaux

    Benjamin Devaux started his career at Deutsche Bank in London as part of the Investment Banking Group. He subsequently worked at Park Square Capital, a European subordinated debt and special situations fund and Sandelman Partners, a US-based multi-strategy hedge fund. Most recently, he worked at Nightscape Capital in London, covering several sectors including Packaging, Industrials and Automotive. Benjamin holds an MS in Finance from ESSEC Business School.
  • Adam Lister

    Adam Lister joined PrimeStone from OVS Capital Management LLP, a European Equity Special Situations hedge fund, where he was an investment analyst for three years. His career began with ABN AMRO Hoare Govett in UK Equity Capital Markets in 2004 and in 2007 he joined the UK Investment Banking and Broking team of Citigroup Global Markets U.K. where he was latterly Vice President. Adam graduated from the University of Cambridge, Trinity College with an MA in Natural Sciences and is a CFA® charterholder.
  • Nikolaus von Abercron

    Nikolaus von Abercron started his career at UBS in Frankfurt as part of the Investment Banking Group where he advised on buy and sell-side transactions. Most recently, he worked at Triton, a European midcap private equity firm focusing on Scandinavia and German-speaking countries, where he was part of the team focusing on minority public investments. Nikolaus holds an MS in Finance and Accounting from EADA Business School in Barcelona and a BS in Finance from University of Maastricht.
  • Kjetil Støve

    Kjetil Støve joined PrimeStone from The Boston Consulting Group. At BCG, Kjetil worked across multiple sectors, including consumer goods, energy, and industrial goods, focusing on growth strategy, and operational improvement. A native of Norway, he has worked extensively across the Nordic region. Kjetil holds an M.Sc. in Financial Economics from NHH in Norway, and a Master in International Business degree from EGADE Business School in Mexico.
  • Shane Rothwell

    Shane Rothwell is part of PrimeStone’s operations team. He joined the firm from BlueCrest Capital Management, where he was a member of the Listed Derivatives Trade Support Team. He started his career as a graduate trainee at Nomura Investment Bank where he worked in operations. Shane graduated with First Class Honours in Economics from Birmingham University. In addition to obtaining the Investment Operations Certificate, Shane is a CFA® charterholder.
